Every day think about what you are grateful for. It’s so easy to get lost in the negative. Sometimes you have to shake that off. Forcefully. If you let the bad have the priority regularly you are naturally going to be unhappy.

Every day, remember all that you are thankful for. Make this a habit. It can change the way you react when stressors take the front burner in life.
