Getting back on track after the holidays is the hardest. It’s so easy to use the holidays as an excuse to indulge. Let’s face it, temptation is everywhere! And once you start shoveling sugar in your pie hole, your body wants more.
Time to get back on track. Elimination of bad carbs and sugar. Back on track. Yes sir! No more sugar. Who needs it anyways? I don’t. It’s not that amazing! Mmm…sugar. Get it together Laura!
Okay so this is gonna be harder than I thought. I will get there. I’m transitioning. Yes transitioning. That’s it!
I have lots of healthy and delicious food on hand. I even made low carb stuffed pepper soup today. It’s amazing! It’s just going to take some time to get those savory sugary goodies out of my brain and that’s okay. As long as I keep them out of my pie hole, they won’t make it to my ass!
