I add Stevia to plain Greek Yogurt. Replace granola with almond pieces. Add your favorite berries. It’s a tasty alternative to the yogurt that is loaded with sugar.

      1. I gave it a shot when I was loading up on protein. It’s great stuff nutritionally. Just like cottage cheese.. something else I try to eat.
