I add Stevia to plain Greek Yogurt. Replace granola with almond pieces. Add your favorite berries. It’s a tasty alternative to the yogurt that is loaded with sugar.

It is an acquired taste. But once you get used to it it’s ok.

It’s not for everyone. We like what we like. And that’s okay.
I gave it a shot when I was loading up on protein. It’s great stuff nutritionally. Just like cottage cheese.. something else I try to eat.
