  1. It’s safer than other forms of energy but when things go bad, it’s horrific.

    Chernobyl is still very dangerous also, and the reactors there didn’t even have the same level of containment. I saw on the Science Channel how they had to build a second giant building around the post-accident containment construction because it was shoddy and not designed to last this long.
