I’ve been picking up the pace in regards to exercise. Over the Winter, I had to change up my usual routine to something a bit easier. My pain levels this Winter being the reason. I also gained weight this Winter thanks to having a fenced backyard for my dog. I didn’t realize just how much those extra walks daily were fueling my metabolism. I should have. Bright and early this morning, I was at the gym. I’ve been walking regularly as well. Time to get back on track.
I finished my workout and came home and had a healthy breakfast of berries and yogurt. What I wanted was a big breakfast. A country breakfast. Eggs, bacon, pancakes, the works. Mmmm!
Oh well! I will save those calories for a cheat day! I got maintenance to do. It’s almost swimsuit season.
I wish I was one of those people that could eat anything and never gain. Wouldn’t that be nice? I got this! I will be swimsuit ready in a matter of weeks.
My body doesn’t have to be like that of a model. I just want to drop the Winter weight, get my metabolism pumped up again and I want French fries! 😂
