Thank You!

The last few weeks I have been nominated for a few awards. First, thank you to all that nominated me. Second, I apologize that I have not gotten around to completing them.

I do most of my blogging from my phone. That way if I am out doing things, I can take a break and work on posts periodically. I need more time and my laptop to work on nominations as my phone will not copy and paste.

I do not want anyone to think I am unappreciative of these honors. I am most flattered and thankful for the nominations. Thank you again.

My life has taken a turn and there are things that need my attention. I am working more hours and trying to have a life in between. My Dad is older and I try to spend as much time with him as possible. I don’t want to miss that precious time. He will eventually need dialysis. With the heart issues he has had, the type that would be easiest on him would be the type offered in house. This means at some point, getting training on the machinery and even staying at his house from time to time.

I thank everyone who thought me worthy of nominations. I am truly humbled. I hope everyone can understand why I have not completed my nomination posts.

Many blessings to all!

  1. Congratulations on all of your well-deserved nominations! I get what you mean, I don’t get around to doing a lot of the awards but I never want people to think I don’t appreciate them. I’m so sorry about your dad, but it’s good he’s got you there for him  ♥

  2. I am an RN who was a dialysis nurse for four and a half years. Your dad may not be a candidate, but ask his nephrologist about peritoneal dialysis. It is a little easier and a more gentle way of dialyzing. You are right to reevaluate your priorities. We will be here for you. You go do what you need to do!
