Self Therapy

There are many things that one can do that can be therapeutic. Sometimes it isn’t that you need a therapist, it’s that you need time to do something that you enjoy.

That sounds easy enough. You’d think. With schedules, family, obligations, work-finding things you enjoy might not be that simple. We get so busy sometimes, we forget about nurturing ourselves.

It starts with one step. Try something you once loved doing or try something new. There are plenty of activities that are therapeutic that are right in front of us every single day.

Gardening

Music

Walks
