    1. Agree 100%! Music works miracles. I know some won’t understand this, sometimes it has helped me with my sadness by allowing me to feel the pain as I needed to at that time. Allow myself to mourn a loss or painful time to sad songs. Get it out then got on with it!! I love to listen to songs that pump me up on my way to work. Then there are some songs that everything about them brings joy. Thanks Kristian!!

  1. Some of those things work for me, but a few are bad, especially alcohol and sex. They’re a sure way to push me into a spiral of unhappiness again. I’m focusing on getting more exercise and cutting back on carbs. ❤️
