I am not the most consistent person when it comes to meal prepping. I do try! But life happens. Today I am food prepping for my week ahead.
I am eating low carb presently and that means cooking more. I don’t have time to cook every single day. I’d love to eat pizza every single day and let’s face it, it’d be easier but my ass would explode out of my britches.
Now I don’t ordinarily give two shits about showing my ass but that’s taking it a bit too far. I have some really cute clothes that are just a bit too tight right now. So gotta set goals and gotta do the work to get what I want.
How nice it would be to be one of those people that can just eat anything and everything without gaining weight. Bitches. 😂😂😂
