Food for Thought-Release

I’ve felt this a few times in my life. Sometimes we see the changes in ourselves but we just have trouble accepting it. Women are usually nurturers. We try to nurture those we love. Unfortunately, we sometimes forget to nurture ourselves.

Sometimes letting go hurts less than holding on. It’s funny, we would never hold a hot pan while it burns us. We would drop it immediately. We are not as quick to drop a person that burns us emotionally.

  1. Laura, I’d love to know your point of view about how does a woman get over, move on and then still deal with those memories (painful and beautiful) with the past love. If possible, pls. think of this as an idea of any of your future posts. Thank you.
