  1. Thank you for sharing this informative post. I have rheumatoid arthritis in my knees an back.
    My mothre side of the family all have horrendous back problems. I’ve done these exact exercises, but they don’t help much at all. I just bought all new pillows this past Spring, and no change.
    I’ll be exctly like my mother at her age. (73)… I’ll have a hunchback and looking at the ground no matter where I walk. In two years time, I’ve shrunk 2 inches as well.
    LOL! Something to look forward to. 🤣
