Edna Garrett-the loving yet strict house mom. Bless her heart! Charlotte left the show to pursue a career in New York City. She had her own comedy act which featured her singing and dancing in legendary nightclubs of the city. Charlotte passed away at the age of 92 from cancer.
Kim portrayed the loveable character Tootie. Kim went on to play roles in other sitcoms after TFOL ended. From Martin to the Fresh Prince of Bel-Air. However she was a major player in the sitcom, Living Single, as the character Regine Hunter. Such a sassy character. Loved her in this show. Kim also produced movies for Lifetime and was on the Real Housewives of Atlanta. Kim currently lives in Atlanta with her two kids and husband. Christian Morgan who is a broadway singer.￼
Blair! What a snotty princess of a character. But as time went on, she lightened up. Which was refreshing. But she was still Blair. After the series, Lisa went on to become a best selling author. She divorced after 23 years in 2012. She’s currently the host on the Collector’s Call which airs on Sunday nights.
The loveable Natalie. Always smiling! Mindy continued acting after the show ended. She starred in a variety of shows-Charles in Charge, 21 Jump Street, Hot in Cleveland and The Middle. She’s also worked as a voice over actress. She is a breast cancer survivor and is planning on resuming her acting career now that she is cancer free! Go girl!
Joe Polniaczek, what can I say about this character? Loooooved her! She brought a much need breath of fresh air to the show. It wasn’t that the show was bad by any means. It was nice to finally see someone that could handle Blair without missing a beat. A perfect addition! After the show ended, Nancy went on to a more serious series, The Division. Nancy also starred in several made for TV movies. In one she portrayed a woman that survived a brutal attack from her estranged husband. Based on actual events, a Cry for Help, the Tracey Thurman Story. Nancy has two kids with film technician Marc Andrus and resides in Texas. Staying out of the limelight.
